Return Policy:
We at IllusiveLash want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the products within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that our return policy applies to online orders only.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened or used. Additionally, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for gift cards.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@illusivelash.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your message. Once you have received a shipping address, you can ship the product back to us. Please note that a $5 return label printing fee will be charged.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling fee. The store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
